HIKING COACHING

(for 1 or 2 people / also for couples)

Do you like hiking and do you have difficult tasks to cope with in your life? Are you longing for some retreat, gathering and the necessary impulses for your life situation?

The hiking coaching offers you a day entirely for your mental relaxation and further development. I will look for a nice hike in your area according to your needs, guide you along the way and give you a stimulating coaching during the hike. On request, I also build rituals and energizing processes to accelerate inner processes of letting go, renewing and creating. Take a deep breath, collect yourself and go into your tasks with fresh energy.

Prices:

Half-day rate (up to 3 hours): 290 € (plus travel costs)

Daily coaching rate: 550 € (plus travel costs)
