HEILBERGE Personal Wander-Retreat (Germany)
The "relaxed version", in which the physical and mental deceleration or coming down is in the foreground. In the truest sense of the word, you treat yourself to a break from your everyday life, your job or a difficult life situation. I will accompany you on the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany. Depending on the time capacity, we hike day hikes, sections or complete long-distance hikes. Guided meditations and (on request) shamanic purification ceremonies help you get rid of old things and gather new energy.

HIKING EVENT for companies or groups
Hiking is trendy. Why this is so is obvious: the silence, space and lack of irritation of nature form an effective contrast to the tightly timed and stressful everyday life that most of us experience. Hiking is easy to organize, (depending on the length / duration) can be done in almost any state of fitness and can be wonderfully combined with culinary highlights along the way. The movement is extremely good, lets you relax inside and brings back a lot of lightness and a good mood to a tense interior.
A group or team context in particular needs other places than the usual places in which people meet. Different places make different experiences possible. Getting to know each other better through one or the other conversation on the sidelines of the event prevents future problems and conflicts in the team. The special experience with each other, such as the jointly built and experienced campfire, welds people together and creates a strong sense of WE.
If you already have clear conflicts among each other, among the hierarchical levels or there are problems in the communication culture, an individually designed outdoor team training in nature is a wonderful tool to work on and solve this. The combination of a hike with various actively designed supervision stations in nature brings a helpful mixture of mental work and movement. The ease that arises is carried over into the team process and allows conflicts that appear hopeless to be viewed from a different perspective.
Program example for a 1-day outdoor hiking event:
10:00 am - 5:00 pm - day hike (with optional team building elements)
1:00 p.m. - Lunch / stop in a restaurant / beer garden
17:00 - Arrival at the destination with a barbecue area / fireplace
17:00 - 18:00 - preparation of the fire / barbecue area
6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Common campfire and barbecue
This program can be implemented anywhere in German-speaking countries.
The offer includes the selection of the hiking route (including refreshments), the management of the hike or team training and the organization of an outdoor evening program (campfire / barbecue if desired).

CLIMBING EVENT for companies or groups
Climbing is the ideal outdoor event to practice the most valuable team skills while having a lot of fun. In contrast to many prejudices, people of any fitness level can grow beyond themselves. This is where togetherness counts: My colleague protects me and is responsible for ensuring that I don't fall into the abyss if I do fall. You learn to trust the other and to communicate clearly. Because climbing requires a quick and safe consultation.
Each individual learns to set realistic goals and slowly expand the limits.
The climbing event is the ideal element to wake up your team or group again. The thrill of this micro-adventure can set in motion a lot that has become encrusted in communication and with one another. If you have the impression that an additional specialization is required in this regard, the climbing event can be combined very well with communication training. All participants learn clear and targeted communication. Built-in reflection rounds make your own communication and body language visible and lead to noticeable changes.
Program example for a 1-day outdoor climbing event:
10:00 am - 5:00 pm - climbing on an outdoor climbing wall or on the rock
(optionally including communication training)
12.30pm - 1.30pm - Lunch / BBQ together

OUTDOOR MINDFULNESS EVENT for companies or groups
In the meantime, many companies have come to realize that a balanced and relaxed interior of employees contributes to successful cooperation and higher performance potential. The balance between high demands on one's own work and the need to take a deep breath and take a break is one of the greatest challenges of our time for most people.
The negative stress, the anger with colleagues or conflict-prone work processes can leave a strong mark on one or the other person. If you do not notice them or if you push them away for too long, emotional and physical symptoms follow. Stress-related burnouts and crises are immensely increasing phenomena in our working world.
It takes meaningful and strategic answers. It's about every single person, their health, but ultimately about a corporate culture that perceives and supports people within their physical and emotional limits.
Outdoor mindfulness events are the ideal solution for stressful working conditions, be it due to high work demands or stressful communication processes. A day in nature, with targeted meditation and mindfulness exercises, can reduce a high level of stress enormously and show ways how to take conscious breaks in daily work that have an effect. The participants learn easy-to-use meditation methods, the application of inner "relaxation images" and create their individual relaxation structure for their specific everyday life.

11:00 am - 1:00 pm - short hike (partly in silence / different mindfulness exercises)
