Life offers us a lot of difficult situations and tasks. Many of us are used to relying completely on ourselves. "Anyone who gets help is weak .." we often think, especially in a professional context. Our society has a very careless and wrong view of weakness and helplessness. It is precisely these situations that offer us immense development opportunities. Crises, precipitation, big mistakes always go hand in hand with the strength to take the next important step in one's own development.
I support you or you exactly on this crucial point: I address honestly and clearly the conflicts that strike me. I do not judge, but focus on the pure consequences that arise from it. I point out other ways, can record them and open up new models of thought. At the same time I pick you up in your emotions and take them seriously. I create a space in which everything is allowed to show itself - without shame or concern.
In the coaching process, I incorporate different methods from my years of professional counseling work (15 years of counseling in the social field, including systemic counseling, NLP, as well as trauma work based on Somatic Experiencing & shamanic energy work). Everything is very intuitive and how it makes sense.
Online coaching is different, yes. But it has the advantage that you can organize it relatively easily - anytime and almost anywhere. In addition, it offers almost the same possibilities via video call as conventional coaching.
